Building the Future of Work, With Neurodiversity in Mind.

Delivered by Lucy Smith & Andy Jackson, Inclusive Change at Work Directors and industry experts.

As workplaces evolve, inclusivity is becoming a crucial factor in building successful organisations.

In this forward-thinking workshop, Lucy and Andy, will explore how businesses can embrace neurodiversity to create more inclusive, innovative, and effective workplaces.

From recruitment practices to reasonable adjustments and beyond, this session will focus on practical steps to ensure neurodiverse talent can be prepared for the workplace and thrive.

Learn how to make changes that benefit not only neurodivergent employees but the whole workforce.
