Welcome to Project Sandbox, an innovative initiative by Inclusive Change at Work CIC (ICAW-cic.com) dedicated to enhancing digital safety and advocating for disability inclusion.

Working with Avon & Somerset Police & Crime Commissioner we will be creating a series of podcast and radio episodes focussing on exploring a safer digital environment for disabled and neurodivergent individuals.

Between December and March 2025 we will be dedicating our Friday's to building digital skills and content creation at Inclusive Change At Work CIC.

We want to co-produce a series of podcast episodes with and for our community - that includes you.

Why is this important to us?

Young people who are disabled or neurodivergent often face significant barriers to education, employment, and social inclusion.

Traditional educational environments may not provide the flexibility and support these individuals need to thrive.

There is a critical need for innovative, inclusive projects that empower these young people with the skills and confidence required to succeed in various fields.

Inclusive Change envisions a world where all young people, regardless of their abilities, have equal opportunities to develop their skills, share their voices, and achieve their potential.

By leveraging the power of podcasting, we are creating a dynamic, supportive environment where participants can LEARN, GROW, and CONNECT.
