From Brain Fog to Clarity

With Lucy & Kirsty

Thurs 8th May at 7pm (GMT)

The overwhelm, the brain fog, the exhaustion - it’s real. Whether you’re neurodivergent, going through menopause, or both, you’ve likely been told to 'just manage' or 'push through'. But here’s the truth: you deserve better. What if you had a space where you were understood without explanation? A space where practical strategies meet deep connection, where you could finally learn how to work with your brain and body - not against them?

Networking Breakfast - 31st March

During 2024, and the start of 2025, we hosted live webinars and in-person workshops dedicated to supporting neurodiverse and disabled young people in the workplace.

Some sessions guided businesses on the value of workplace diversity and inclusion, highlighting how neurodivergent talent strengthens teams and fosters innovation.

The other sessions, designed for parents and carers of neurodiverse young adults, provided insights into workplace opportunities and support for their young people, inspiring hope for their future careers. Attendees had the opportunity to learn, connect, and contribute to more inclusive work environments.

Take a look at our recap pages, you can watch the recordings and you will find a host of information, articles and freebies too!

🎉 Neurodiversity Celebration Week 🎉

17th - 23rd March 2025

What is it?

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences. It aims to transform how neurodivergent individuals are perceived and supported by providing schools, universities, organisations, and others around the world with the opportunity to recognise the many skills and talents of neurodivergent individuals, while creating more inclusive and equitable cultures that celebrate differences and empower every individual.

How did it start?

“I founded Neurodiversity Celebration Week in 2018 because I wanted to change the way learning differences are perceived. As a teenager who is autistic and has ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, my experience has been that people often focus on the challenges of neurological diversity. I wanted to change the narrative and create a balanced view which focuses equally on our talents and strengths.”

Creating

Inclusive Workspaces

FREE Webinar - 18th March

To foster workplaces that are creative, adaptive, diverse, and progressive, we must consider our spaces, culture, flexibility, and empathy.

This webinar explored actionable strategies to create a more inclusive work environment and the approaches we can take to drive meaningful change.

We’re excited to share that our very own Holly joined the Discover Your Bounce panel to contribute to this important discussion.
