Inclusive Change at Work CIC is proud to announce our Building the Future of Work, Together initiative, generously funded by the Learning Difficulties Development Fund (LDDF) for 2024-2025. This funding empowers us to advance projects and initiatives that bring the principles of "Valuing People Now" to life in South Gloucestershire, in alignment with the All-Age Learning Difficulty Strategy 2022-2027.

Our mission is to foster inclusive workplaces that recognise and celebrate the unique talents of neurodivergent and disabled individuals. Through a series of seminars, workshops, and collaborative efforts, we aim to raise awareness, provide education, and highlight the numerous benefits of embracing diversity and social inclusion within organisations.

We invite businesses, parents, carers, and educators to join us in this transformative journey. Together, we can build a future where everyone thrives and contributes to the success of our communities.

For Businesses

During 2024 and the beginning of 2025, we were excited to offer a series of in-person and online seminars focusing on supporting young people who are neurodiverse or have a disability in the workplace.

Our aim is to raise awareness, provide education, and highlight the numerous benefits of embracing diversity and social inclusion within your organisation.

By watching our seminars, you will gain valuable insights, strategies, and tools to create a more inclusive work environment that discovers the unique talents and perspectives of all individuals.

Together, we can build a future where everyone thrives and contributes to the success of your business.

For Parents and Carers

Navigating career options for neurodivergent young people can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone.

Watch our seminars, funded by South Gloucestershire Council, and gain valuable insights on how to explore career opportunities for your child.

You'll hear real-life stories from neurodivergent individuals, learn about the best time to start thinking about careers, and discover options available beyond age 16.

Our session provided practical steps to help you plan and prepare for employment, offering essential contacts and resources to guide your research.

Whether you're just starting or already on this journey, it's never too early to begin thinking about your child’s future in the workplace.
