Learn more about neurodiversity
Through this podcast project, I have significantly enhanced my digital skills, from audio editing and content production to marketing on the website. Working closely with a small, dynamic team in an incredible company has strengthened my ability to collaborate, adapt, and bring creative ideas to life.
This experience has not only expanded my technical expertise but also deepened my understanding of teamwork, problem-solving, and the power of digital storytelling. It's been especially rewarding to feel fully included in the process from start to finish as a young creator.
I also believe it's crucial to have more neurodivergent voices represented in podcasts. Currently, there’s a noticeable lack of neurodivergent creators on major platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, BBC Sounds, and other podcast-based services. Increasing this representation would bring valuable perspectives to the industry.
Lucy and her team have done an amazing job of ensuring that everyone involved in this project feels included and valued, and I’m grateful to be part of it
