Building the Future

of Work, Together

At the start of 2025, we’re hosting two live webinars dedicated to supporting neurodiverse and disabled young people in the workplace. One session will guide businesses on the value of workplace diversity and inclusion, highlighting how neurodivergent talent strengthens teams and fosters innovation.

The other session, designed for parents, carers and educators, offers insights into workplace opportunities and support for neurodiverse young people, inspiring hope for their future careers. Join us to learn, connect, and make a difference for inclusive work environments.

We work with Inclusive Change Ltd to provide bespoke consultancy for organisations and direct support for neurodivergent adults in work.

The team at Inclusive Change specialise in supporting disabled and neurodiverse individuals by offering tailored assistance in support work, mentoring, virtual assistance, interview support, ADHD coaching, workplace strategy coaching, and travel and technology solutions.
