We have created a unique work experience programme centred around Podcasting and digital content creation.

We aim to engage and stretch young people in Project Sandbox - a "safe place to play in work".

Providing transferable skills in a supportive environment for neurodivergent young adults. We mentor, guide and signpost in a way that makes sense for them.

Future Voices is our latest podcast production project, a youth-led, 2025 summer programme for neurodivergent and disabled young people aged 16–24 in the Emersons Green area.

Since 2021 we have been working with young people.

In that time we have created a whole lot of resources including videos, webinars and guides.

We also work with our sister company Inclusive Change Ltd to provide access to work support and training for employers.

FUTURE VOICES PODCAST

THE SUMMER SESSIONS 2025

Future Voices is our latest podcast production project - a youth-led, 2025 summer programme for neurodivergent and disabled young people aged 16–24 in the Emersons Green area.

Over the course of four weekly sessions during the 2025 summer holidays, participants will work together to create a two-part podcast series exploring career pathways, community voices, and themes that matter most to them.

We are looking for TEN (10) young people aged between 16 - 24 to join us this summer - you can apply by clicking the button below.
