Building the future of work with neurodiversity in mind

Specialised Support for Neurodiverse Individuals

At Inclusive Change at Work CIC (ICAW-CIC), we understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities or health conditions in the professional world. We are a Community Interest Company who support neurodiverse and disabled individuals to thrive in the workplace, fostering inclusivity, and enabling everyone to reach their full potential.

Our aim is to build the future of work with neurodiversity in mind. Based in South Gloucestershire, near Bristol we support organisations and clients nationally.

We support individuals with a range of services such as coaching and support work through the DWP programme called Access To Work. We employ neurodivergent staff and associates in our team and support them too.

We are proud to work with a range of organisations, non-profits and charities through funded programmes and grants to deliver projects that are changing workplaces, raising ambitions and inspiring young people and adults in their careers.
